Shipping & Returns


Store Policy 

Orders may take 1-2 business days to fill.  Sales, promotions and holidays may delay shipping 1-2 more business days.  We are working efficiently and as fast as we can to get your product to you! 

Please note that once an order is shipped we CANNOT make any changes and once an order is placed it CANNOT be canceled.

It is important to provide a valid email and phone number when checking out, this is how we will contact you if we have any questions regarding your order.  

All shipping is done through USPS; PO Boxes and APO addresses are accepted.  There may be additional shipping cost to ship out of the U.S.  Once an order is shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number.  

We are not responsible for any addresses that were entered incorrectly and checkout!  Please double check your information at checkout!!  A reshipping fee may be charged if package is sent back due to wrong address.  

Returns: 

You may return any unworn, unwashed merchandise in its original condition, along with a copy or your receipt, for store credit only within 14 days.

Returns outside of 14 days will not be accepted for any reason.

Shoes must be shipped in a protective box. No damage to the original box! Please send returns to:

When returning an item we suggest you get a tracking number...We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items that are in transit to us! 

We can exchange for a different size, please note what size you are needing on what item and we will ship that to you! If the size is not available you will receive store credit via email! 

We do offer in store pickup.  Please select this option on checkout.  Orders not picked up after 7 days(unless notified of later pickup) will be returned to stock and purchase will be forfeited. *If someone else will be picking up please contact us and let us know.
